Please complete the below form for each student by grade level by 9/1/23. Here you can sign up for the PTO Newsletter, play date lists, Homeroom parents, and other volunteer opportunities. We also get t-shirt sizes for our Fun Run shirts here.

Yearbooks

Order that Yearbook at the beginning of the year and not only get the best pricing but you don’t have to worry about it at the end of the year when they come in!

Parents! Did you catch that perfect shot that belongs in the yearbook at the first day of school or a class party or one of the many events the PTO puts on?  Scan this QR code and upload those photos to the Google drive folder or if you prefer email them to crocker.pto@gmail.com

5th Grade Parents

Can you believe your child has entered 5th Grade!?  Crazy isn’t it?  One thing the yearbook does each year is reserve a page to show the 5th graders as babies!  Kids love this page every year and look forward to it, so please get those baby pictures in so they don’t miss out on being on the page!  Upload them here or email them to crocker.pto@gmail.com
