24-25 Calendar
Scan the QR code to stay up to date on important dates and activities. The QR code will also be included in the pamphlet you will receive at Meet the Teacher Night. Additional activities that haven’t been scheduled yet will be added here as the year goes on.
Class Lists (Play Date Lists)
Please click on the link below and complete the form for each student you have enrolled by 9/1/24. This year, there is only one form. Please remember to select your student’s teacher from the drop down in order to continue completing the form.
Don’t forget to also sign up for the PTO Newsletter, play date list, volunteer to be a homeroom parent/guardian, or any of the other volunteer opportunities available. T-shirt sizes are needed so we can order the appropriate size for your student(s) for the Fun Run in October. To obtain the play date list, you MUST complete this form (required by the district) even if you are not interested in any of the other options listed above.
Yearbooks
Order your yearbooks at the beginning of the year and not only get the best pricing, but check it off your list of things to do at the end of the year!
Parents & Guardians: Did you catch that perfect shot that belongs in the yearbook during the first day of school, a class party, field trip, or one of the many events that the PTO puts on? We welcome you to upload those photos to the Google drive folder (link below) or if you prefer, email them to crocker.pto@gmail.com.
5th Grade Parents & Guardians
Can you believe your student has entered 5th Grade!? Crazy, isn’t it? Each year, we reserve a page in the yearbook to display 5th grade baby photos. Students love this page and look forward to it, so please submit those baby pictures so your student doesn’t miss out! Upload them vis the link below or email them to crocker.pto@gmail.com.
Volunteering
Be ready to volunteer by completing the following required forms:
- Background Check – required every 5 years
- Volunteer Handbook – required yearly
- Application – required yearly

Crocker Cruisers
This program is fully operated by volunteers – we can’t do it without you!
Students/Teachers/Staff are given the opportunity to run/walk a marathon over the course of the school
year during the lunch recess on Tuesday and Thursdays (weather permitting). Students/Teachers/Staff will need to complete four punch cards (red, orange, yellow, and green) earning charms for each row of punches they complete along the way.
When they finish their green card, they have completed a full marathon! We even have many students run 2+ marathons. Each marathon completed earns students a reward (t-shirt, water bottle, etc.).
Shifts
11:00 – 12:20 (TK, K, 1st, 2nd)
12:15 – 1:35 (3rd, 4th, 5th)
We need volunteers to mark/punch cards, hand out charms, and encourage and cheer on students.
